Whether it be as a host, or music guest, appearing on Saturday Night Live cements your place in pop-cluture history for years to come. It has just been announced that Odd Future singer/ TMG favorite Frank Ocean will be the latest figure to be cemented into history.
On September 15th Ocean will appear on this season's first episode of Saturday Night Live, which will be hosted by Seth MacFarlane.
Before then however Ocean will be performing at the MTV VMA Awards, which will air on September 6th. He is nominated for Best New Artist, while "Swim Good" is nominated for Best Male Video and Best Direction.
