Witchita's finest, XV, hasn't released a new mixtape since April of last year. However, Vizzy ended that cold streak today with this new mixtape called, 'Popular Culture.' With this project XV is looking to set the tone for his upcoming debut album, 'The Kid With The Green Backpack,' which hopefully will be dropping sometime this year.
