Playboi Carti took to Instagram earlier this month to both announce, and tease, the release of a new collaborative mixtape with Lil Uzi Vert.
Leave it to Carti to be vague about when a project of his is going to actually drop, but the Atlanta rapper did take to Twitter today with another message.
