Last year Tyler, The Creator held the first annual OFWGKTA Carnival in Los Angeles. Moments ago Tyler announced that the festival will be returning on November 9th at the LA Coliseum.
As of now the main headliners will be Tyler and Frank Ocean, while the full lineup will be released soon.
