Earlier today Vic Mensa revealed the track list for his forthcoming mixtape, There's A Lot Going On. Today the Chicago rapper took to Beats 1 Radio to premiere a song from the project called "16 Shots."
The track is about the shooting of 17 year old Chicago resident Laquan McDonald, which occurred on October 20, 2014.
