Wiz Khalifa Accepts His Stoner Of The Year Award (Video)

There couldn't have been a better time to present Wiz Khalifa with his HIGH TIMES Stoner of the Year award then at The Cypress Hill Smokeout Festival.  Wiz may not actually get to hold the award, but he is still thrilled.
