Wiz Khalifa Wins Billboard Top New Artist Award

Wiz Khalifa gained more respect from the mainstream music scene tonight by winning Billboard Music Award's Top New Artist Award. Wiz beat out fellow new school hip hop star Big Sean, along with Bad Meets Evil, Foster The People and Scott McCreery.
